Shipping & Returns
- We ship USPS or FedEx ground unless specified on your order.
- All shipping fees quoted on your order are Flat Rate.
- Shipping can be upgraded upon your request, and additional fees will be quoted before shipping.
- USPS and FedEx only delivers to actual street addresses and will not deliver to a Post Office Box.
- We strive for excellent customer service and will ship your order within 48 hours if the item you ordered is in stock.
- We will notify you by e-mail if an item is not in stock and will give you a shipping-time estimate.
- Backorders will stay on file, and w,e will ship them as soon as the item is available.
- We will e-mail your USPS or FedEx tracking number to you when your order ships. You can track your shipment by going to USPS.com or FedEx.com.
- Please notify us by phone or e-mail if you do not wish your order to remain on backorder.
- Returns must be made within 30 days.
- All returns must have an RA# (email Sparkles with a short description of the item and reason for the return and we will issue a return authorization number)
- Returns must be in their “original condition.”
- Monogrammed and special orders may not be returned.
- Shipping must be with a reliable shipping company with a tracking number available, with the RA# printed on the outside of the box.
- Any costs associated with a return are the responsibility of the sender.
- For items that are damaged or have problems: email Sparkles with a description of the item and problem. Save all packing materials and boxes with the damaged item while we investigate promptly.
